Return Process

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking receipt is kept for your records until the return is processed.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
